Chris Kelly

Chris Kelly entered as a mature aged student to study Urban, Rural and Environmental Planning at La Trobe, Bendigo - an award winning course thanks to the study abroad component. 

Chris has taken the opportunity to go on multiple study tours to many parts of the world, giving him invaluable academic and personal experience. The student exchange programme aims to provide students with a meaningful experience that also counts towards their degree.

Chris has recently returned from a study tour in Sri Lanka where he, along with his fellow students, had the opportunity to put what they had learnt at La Trobe into practice. By collaborating with local Sri Lankan students and discussing the town issues with local residents, they were able to contribute to the overall planning process and help make a difference.

La Trobe’s scholarship programme is one of Victoria’s most generous, and like Chris, it can help you with an array of exciting opportunities both home and abroad.
