SKA Mid-band Receiver Chipset

This research and development project involves the design and implementation of down-conversion stage of a Square Kilometer Array (SKA) mid-band receiver chipset for the focal-plane array based Australian Square Kilometer Array Pathfinder (ASKAP) radio telescope. The SKA porject will require thousands of antennas, each with a focal-plane array of hundreds of receivers. The chip is designed for a wide range of receiver applications in the 250 MHz to 2500 MHz band.
