Mentoring for teaching
Mentoring is an important and increasingly common process in universities around the world, in which a more experienced member of staff (mentor) supports a less experienced colleague (mentee) to develop professional skills and approaches in relevant ways.
The materials below are designed to assist in the setting up of a mentoring system at school or department level. However the materials are also helpful for those who wish to set up an ‘unofficial’ mentoring process.
