There are many sources of data available to La Trobe staff that may be useful in examining as part of any curriculum review or design activities.
Student and graduate surveys
The Management Information Unit reports on a number of surveys administered to La Trobe students and graduates.
- Survey of New Undergraduate Students (SNUS)
A survey conducted by La Trobe that seeks information from new commencing students each year during first semester.
Australian Graduate Survey
A national survey conducted by Graduate Careers Australia that includes:
- Graduate Destination Survey (GDS)
- Course Experience Questionnaire (CEQ)
- Postgraduate Destination Survey (PGDS)
- Postgraduate Research Experience Questionnaire (PREQ)
Teaching and Subject Feedback
The CTLC can prepare feedback forms to administer to students. Feedback forms can be used for feedback on teaching, tutoring, and individual subjects.
