Industry Workshops

The Centre for Materials and Surface Science hosts workshops for industry periodically. The theme of the workshops is advanced surface analysis for industry. The workshops aim to raise awareness and demonstrate the practical benefits of new analytical technologies across a range of industry sectors, in particular, in the manufacturing and minerals processing industries. A variety of innovative presentation formats are used including modular seminars, group discussion and hands-on demonstrations in small groups. On-going contact with participants is maintained to assist in the implementation of new analytical approaches and to assess the overall impact of the workshop program.
