ENTERs
Equivalent National Tertiary Entrance Rank (ENTER)
The Victorian Tertiary Admissions Centre (VTAC) calculates an ENTER for all VCE students who successfully complete the VCE and satisfy minimum tertiary entrance requirements.
If you finish Year 12 interstate, you receive an ENTER equivalent, or VTAC calculates a rank for you.
The ENTERs on following pages are the Clearly-in ranks from La Trobe’s selection process in 2008, 2007 and 2006, as published in Victorian newspapers in January each year.
Notes
- RC = individually offered (offer based on a range of criteria – a folio presentation and interview, for example).
- n/a = not applicable, number of offers may be less than 10.
- Additional factors are considered for applicants in the Middle-band. See the VTAC Guide for more details.
- The minimum ENTER required for entry into La Trobe University is 50 (other than in exceptional circumstances). However, competition for limited places means Clearly-in ENTERs are often much higher.
- Guaranteed Entry is available into selected undergraduate courses.
