Mature Age Information Evenings

Bendigo campus

Are you 21 or older and considering university study? Come to our Mature-Age Information Session, which will provide you with details about pathway options. You can find out whether you're eligible for Late Direct Application for 2008, and if not, we can offer a number of alternative options to help you with your application for entry in 2009. We'll also provide information on the Special Tertiary Admissions Test, fees and HECS.

Mature Age Information Evenings are aimed at Non Year 12 applicants and those 21 years and over who haven't studied for the past two years. They provide comprehensive information about undergraduate study and give you an opportunity to ask questions and discuss courses with staff from all La Trobe faculties. Talk and Tour

Would you like to find out more about La Trobe University? Would you like your parents to find out more too? Talk and Tour is a school holiday program being run twice this year, on Thursday 10 July and Tuesday 23 September. The program offers you and your parents the chance to take a tour of our Melbourne (Bundoora) campus, attend a talk, ask lots of questions and join us for morning tea.

STAT Preparation Programs and Workshops 2008

Melbourne (Bundoora) Campus

STAT preparation programs offered by Vocational Entrance Programs (VEP) are run at La Trobe's Melbourne (Bundoora) campus.The programs begin in early September as preparation for the October STAT test. Enquiries to VEP on (03) 9441 0015 or email veped@vep.com.au

Visual Arts Folio Workshops - Year 11/12

Bendigo: 30 June-1 July 2008.

This is an intensive, enjoyable two-day folio preparation program for Year 11 and 12 students and Mature Age applicants intending to study at university. On completion, students have the skills required to build an impressive, professional portfolio, along with course-specific interview tips and other valuable information. Experience La Trobe

Each year La Trobe University has pleasure in inviting senior secondary students to Experience La Trobe - an opportunity to visit the University and explore not only courses but services, accommodation and university life in general.

For Year 10, 11 and 12 students. Come to our Bundoora campus and check out all we have to offer. This is an opportunity to experience some hands-on workshops in subjects from archaeology to physiotherapy, and even games technology! You can also stay the night in one of our academic residential colleges to get the full experience of student life. La Trobe University has pleasure in inviting Year 10, 11 and 12 students and their parents, along with Mature Age applicants, to experience La Trobe University's Bendigo campus in a unique hands-on, interactive way.

Learn everything you need to know about the course you'd like to study - go to actual lectures and tutorials, meet teaching staff, students and graduates, get to know the campus, and pick up a couple of prizes on the way. See below for program details.
