Sleep Workshop Bundoora
The La Trobe University Psychology Clinic is offering a sleep workshop run over three sessions (2 hours each session). This workshop is for anyone struggling to get to sleep, stay asleep, waking too early or for those not getting enough sleep and want to learn natural ways to sleep without the use of medication.

Mental health first aid (MHFA)
This 12 hour course teaches participants how to assist adults who are experiencing a mental health crisis or developing a mental health problem. Areas covered include: depression; substance misuse; suicidal thoughts and behaviours; non-suicidal thoughts and behaviours; non-suicidal self-injury; panic attacks; and acute effects from alcohol or other drug misuse.
Participants receive a comprehensive manual and certificate of completion when all 12 hours of the course are attended.

This is an open group facilitated by a queer counsellor and co-facilitated by our Queer Peers in a safe and confidential space. Come along and share your experiences or just listen over lunch every Wednesday during semester from 1pm to 2pm.
