Subject outline

In this subject students cover safety and skill acquisition of selected sport and recreation activities. Selected activities are negotiated with individual students that are different to activities selected in OED1SRA. Students cover content related to training regimes, contextual parameters influencing performance, ethics and participation in the selected sport and recreation activities. The subject incorporates both theoretical and practical learning modes.
