Worldwide,approximately half of all business transactions are undertaken across internationalborders. Managers and employees now need to have a good understanding of multiplelegal systems. The aim of this subject is to allow you to critically understandand reflect on the most important legal principles regarding doing business inVietnam, as well as internationally. Case studies are used to guide students toassist with the development of a critical and reflective understanding of theseprinciples and concepts. Key areas of study centre on the legal aspects ofinternational trade, as well as practical issues, such as, dispute resolutionand intellectual property will also be discussed
