This subject provides students with the opportunity to apply and develop the knowledge and skills that they have acquired in their first, second, and third year undergraduate education within their Business degree. Students complete an equivalent 13-day placement in industry focusing on human resource management practices. A human resource management related project is completed by students over the whole semester on a topic negotiated between the academic supervisor and the organisation placement supervisor. The aim is to provide practical experience in the human resource management area thereby acting as a "capstone" experience for final year human resource management students.
