Subject outline

MGT3HRT comprises theoretical and applied content. The theoretical core of the subject will be provided through lectures and workshop activities. Six hours of classes will be delivered at Bundoora prior to departure for Bordeaux in order to ensure students will be able to extract maximum value during class-time in Bordeaux. The applied component of the subject will comprise site visits and seminars to be provided by senior managers of organisations that the group will visit. The normal practice will be to hold relevant classes prior to each site visit so that students have a solid grounding in relevant theory prior to the visit and are therefore equipped to understand the challenges faced by each organisation. Students will be able to seek clarification from the senior managers on any issues of interest. After returning to KEDGE/BEM there will be opportunities to further discuss findings.
