Subject outline

This subject is part two of a two-subject sequence that prepares students to contribute to the evidence base for the discipline of speech pathology. In this subject, students learn to contribute to the evidence base of designing, implementing and writing up a research project in collaboration with a research supervisor. Students also develop the advanced conceptual, theoretical and conceptual knowledge and skills to enable them to undertake clinical research during their professional careers and to gain experience in presenting research to an audience of peers and academics in the field of human communication sciences.
