By the end of this subject, students specifically gain experience in critical thinking and analysis of a particular topic, working as part of a team, organisational skills and verbal and written skills. Assessment elements for this subject include a formal thesis, a conference-style paper, an oral presentation and poster. Students are also given an individual mark by the supervisor for their efforts in the project.
