The unit begins by acknowledging the emergence of e-commerce as a powerful and changing dimension impacting on businesses both in Australia and internationally. Subsequently, the unit pursues the strategic implications of the proliferation and growth of information and digital goods. Both a business and government sector perspective is taken and opportunity is provided to explore individual organisations.
