CONNECT MENTOR PROGRAM

The Connect Mentor Program is a peer support program designed to assist you with your early transition to La Trobe University.

Prior to Orientation Week you will be assigned to a Mentor Group of between 10 to 20 students and allocated a Connect Mentor who studies the same course or is in the same faculty as you.

Connect Mentors are students in second year or above who have been carefully selected and trained to provide you with support in your transition to university.

Your Connect Mentor will contact you via your student email prior to Orientation Week to give you information on where to meet them. (Refer to the box on the inside cover of the orientation program about how to access your student email.) If you don’t hear from your mentor before Orientation just drop in at your designated area on Tuesday February 26 and meet your Connect Mentor.
