Ready4Uni
Ready4Uni is a website designed to provide new students with access to all the information needed to make a successful transition to uni. You can find comprehensive information on enrolment, your campus and faculty, life as a uni student, academic skills, tips and advice on issues such as time management, and much more.

Connect Mentor program
All new students will be allocated to a Connect Mentor group. Connect Mentors will help in your transition to La Trobe by giving you a campus tour and the opportunity for regular communication and catch-ups in the first six weeks of semester. This is also a great opportunity to meet other students in your mentor group who are also studying in your faculty.
Connect Mentors are not academic advisers or tutors. Mentors are generally second-year students and above, who have been trained to provide you with support and general advice about uni life.
After meeting with your mentor, you’re encouraged to maintain regular contact, whether on the phone, via email or catching up on campus. Remember, your Connect Mentor is there to answer your questions and help you in your transition to uni – so make the most of their support!
You will be introduced to your Connect Mentor during Orientation.
