Before enrolment day
Upon arrival at the Enrolment venue you will receive several forms and information booklets. Prior to your Enrolment session please familiarise yourself with the information below:

On Enrolment Day
On Enrolment Day you will be required to read and complete the following forms:
- enrolment form
- 'Request for Commonwealth support and HECS-HELP' form (if applicable)
- 'Request for FEE-HELP Assistance' form (if applicable).
- 'Request for SA-HELP Assistance' form (if applicable)
Please check carefully that the personal details on your enrolment form are correct. If any details are incorrect or missing, make the changes directly onto the form. These changes will then be updated by staff after your information session.
If you are having trouble completing any of the forms, don’t worry. Help is available on enrolment day from University staff.
