Before enrolment day
You will have received several forms with your letter of offer. Make sure you have read your:
- Enrolment guide
- Faculty course information guide
- HECS-HELP information booklet (if applicable)
- FEE-HELP information booklet (if applicable)
- SA-HELP information (if applicable)
You should also have read and completed (as much as you can) your:
- enrolment form
- 'Request for Commonwealth support and HECS-HELP' form (if applicable)
- 'Request for FEE-HELP Assistance' form (if applicable).
- 'Request for SA-HELP Assistance' form (if applicable)
Please check carefully that the personal details on your enrolment form are correct. If any details are incorrect or missing, make the changes directly onto the form. These changes will then be updated by staff on enrolment day.
If you are having trouble completing any of the forms, don’t worry. Help is available on enrolment day from University staff or you can call 1800 774 452 prior to your enrolment day.
