Dr Pamela Wallace


Dr Pamela Wallace is a lecturer and faculty head of the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences at La Trobe University Albury Wodonga Campus. Dr Wallace is a qualified teacher and has extensive work experience in curriculum development working across primary, secondary and TAFE sectors. Prior management experiences have been related to a diverse range of project management and to facilitating workplace change. As such Dr Wallace’s teaching and research interests are closely linked to professional work experiences in education and the workplace. Dr Wallace is also a member of the Board of Management at the Albury-Wodonga Women’s Centre.  

Susan Benedyka


Susan Benedyka is the founder and Managing Director of The Regional Development Company Pty Ltd (RDC) and has a wealth of experience in working with regional communities. Susan is passionate about regional development and is involved in all aspects of planning, developing, and facilitating positive futures for rural communities. Susan is a graduate of the Australian Rural Leadership Program and an Internationally Certified Professional Facilitator. Susan has a keen interest in her local Rotary branch and is a firm believer in community.


Craig Heiner

Craig Heiner is Managing Director of North East Water. Craig was appointed as Managing Director in July 2008 and carries responsibility for ensuring the governance and strategic initiatives of the Board are implemented. With a broad background across governance, finance and operations, he provides a unique perspective on opportunities to strengthen the Corporation and the communities it serves. Craig holds a Bachelor of Business in Accounting, a Master of Business Administration in Economic Analysis, and a Diploma of Education.  He is a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and a member of the Institute of Water Administration.
