Student organisations

La Trobe students can participate in decision making processes, student representation and social events through student organisations and committees.

Your involvement can help develop your skills in areas like leadership, communication, teamwork and conflict resolution, all of which are highly valued by employers.

Your organisation may also organise social events.

La Trobe Student Union (LTSU)

The peak independent representative body for all students, both undergraduate and post-graduate, at the Melbourne, Shepparton and Mildura campuses.

Bendigo Student Association (BSA)

Works to make student life better at La Trobe University, Bendigo. We are a not for profit organisation that is owned by, and operates on behalf of, students. We have a number of Student Representative and volunteer positions. Check out the exciting Clubs & Societies you can join....there's sure to be something to interest you.

Shepparton Students' Association (SSA)

Coordinates a range of activities, events, programs and services for Shepparton students. We aim to promote social, cultural, educational, recreational and sporting activities among our members.

Mildura Students' Association (MSA)

Represents students at the Mildura campus and organises and promotes a range of social, cultural and recreational activities. Contact the Campus Office on 03 5051 4000 for further information.

Wodonga Students' Association (WSA)

Provides students at the Albury-Wodonga campus with practical support, entertainment, facilities, activities, services and advocacy.

International Students' Association (ISA)

Promotes and assists the welfare, social, educational and cultural activities of international students and promote goodwill and understanding amongst Australians and international students.

MASO (Mature Aged Student Organisation)

Supports open discussion, social events and quiet study at the Melbourne (Bundoora) campus. The MASO lounge is available to all students.
