How do I change my password?

If you know what your existing password is, you can change your password via one of the following options:

Outlook Web Access (OWA)
Accessible from any web browser.
The "Control-Alt-Delete" method
Available on any computer that is logged on with either a La Trobe staff or student account and the computer is connected to La Trobe University's network.

The Reset Password online utility allows you to reset your La Trobe staff or student password from your web browser, once you have registered.

Register

Record answers to personal questions to enable you to change your own password.
NOTE: you must know your current password to record your answers.
Reset Password

Change your password by correctly answering your registered questions.
NOTE: the answers to your personal questions are viewable as you type them - ensure the privacy of your screen before using this utility.
