Students at all campuses can request assistance by calling (03) 9479 3694 or 1300 786 535. You can also email sits@latrobe.edu.au or submit a request for assistance.
Support is available during semester between 8.30am and 10pm Monday to Thursday, 8.30am and 6pm on Fridays, and between 12pm and 5pm on weekends.
During the summer break support is available from 9am to 5pm during the week only.
There is no support available on public and University holidays.
