Gaining credit (advance standing)
We recommend students apply for advance standing within 12 months of commencing their degree.
You will need to complete the advanced standing form and provide either an original transcript or a certified copy with the advanced standing application.
For credit towards core subjects or discipline subjects you will need to contact the relevant program/discipline area to seek approval. Once you have received approval you will need to submit the form to the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences Student Administration Office.
For credit towards electives you will need to come to the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences Student Administration Office for it to be assessed.
