Student exchange

- If you are currently studying at La Trobe University on exchange you should always have your approved listing of subjects with you when changing subjects. If you are unable to do so through StudentOnLine, please see a staff member at the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences Student Administration Office.
- The minimum credit points that a student can undertake while on exchange at La Trobe University is 45 La Trobe University credit points.
- If you would like to do a subject that you have not met the pre-requisite for, you will need to take a copy of your transcript to the subject coordinator to gain academic approval. Subject coordinator contact details are located in the subject database. Once you have approval you will need to submit a completed Variation of Enrolment form with the approval to the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences Student Administration Office who will enrol you.
