Replacement and re-issues
The application form and statutory declaration (PDF 49KB) * for a replacement, re-issue or copy testamur can be submitted at the Student Hub or mailed to:

Payment of AUD$100 per testamur can be made by credit card, cheque or money order (payable to La Trobe University).
La Trobe University will not replace, re-issue or provide a copy of a testamur if you owe money to the University.
Replacement, re-issue and copy testamurs are printed as per the current format of the La Trobe University testamur.
Please note that this may differ to your original testamur in appearance.
Replacement testamurs
Replacement testamurs cost AUD$100 and will only be issued if the original has been lost, stolen, damaged or destroyed. You must include the Statutory declaration (PDF 49KB) * with your application and return the damaged testamur if applicable.
Testamur in a different name
If you have changed your name since graduation and want your testamur to reflect your current name you can have your testamur re-issued.
Re-issued testamurs cost AUD$100. You must submit the relevant supporting documentation (e.g. Marriage certificate, Change of Name certificate etc.) along with the application form (PDF 49KB) * and the original testamur.
Copies of your testamur
You can purchase copies of your testamur. Each copy costs AUD$100. Submit the application form (PDF 49KB) * indicating the number of copies you require.
Testamur never received
Email graduations@latrobe.edu.au Include your student ID number, postal address, year of completion, campus and title of your course.
Discontinued Honours
Email graduations@latrobe.edu.au to enquire if your Bachelor degree testamur is available or to be included in the next graduation ceremony.
* If you are unable to access the forms or documents in PDF format, please email graduations@latrobe.edu.au and an alternate version will be provided for you.
