Student organisations

La Trobe students have the opportunity to participate in decision making processes, student representation and social events through student organisations and committees.

La Trobe Student Union (LTSU)

The La Trobe University Student Union (LTSU) is the peak independent representative body for all students, both undergraduate and post-graduate at the Melbourne, Shepparton and Mildura campuses.

Bendigo Student Association (BSA)

The Bendigo Student Association (BSA) is a not-for-profit organisation that operates to make student life better at La Trobe University, Bendigo. The BSA is owned by, and operates on behalf of, students. There are a number of Student Representative and volunteer positions within the BSA .

Shepparton Students’ Association (SSA)

Shepparton Students Association (SSA) is responsible for coordinating a range of activities, events, programs and services for the students at the Shepparton campus. The aim of the Association is to promote social, cultural, educational, recreational and sporting activities among its members.

Mildura Students’ Association (MSA)

The Mildura Students Association represents students at the campus. Its role is to organise and promote a range of social, cultural and recreational activities for students. Contact the Campus Office on 03 5051 4000 for further information.

Wodonga Students’ Association (WSA)

Wodonga Students Association (WSA) is the student organisation for La Trobe University (Albury-Wodonga Campus) and Wodonga Institute of TAFE students. We provide students with practical support during their studies including entertainment, facilities, activities, services and advocacy.

International Students' Association (ISA)

The International Students Association is a non-political student organization representing the interests of all international students enrolled in the University. Its aims and objectives are to promote and assist the welfare, social, educational and cultural activities of international students and to promote goodwill and understanding amongst Australians and international students.
