Calculating your SSAF

Your payment amount for the SSAF is determined by your study load (the number of subjects and whether you are full-time or part-time) and the nature of your subject delivery (on campus or online/distance education).

Are you full time of part time?

  • Full time students have an aggregate Equivalent Full Time Study Load (EFTSL) of 0.375 or more.
  • Part time students have an aggregate Equivalent Full Time Study Load (EFTSL) of less than 0.375.
