OASIS opening date Students are to enrol for their Semester 1 tutorials via OASIS.

OASIS tutorial enrolments will open at 6.00pm on Thursday, 28 February 2013, except for BUS1BUF.


 

To enrol into a tutorial

  • Go to the OASIS web page: latrobe.edu.au/oasis
  • Select Campus
  • Select Student
  • Login by entering your Username and Password, then click Submit (this is the same username and password that you use for Student Online)
  • Click Select Class
  • Select the appropriate School from the dropdown menu (e.g. La Trobe Law School for LST2BSL)
  • Click Submit
  • Select the appropriate Subject
  • Click Submit
  • Select the preferred tutorial time relevant to your discipline
  • Click Submit - You are now successfully enrolled into a tutorial for that subject
  • Click on Student and repeat the above steps for your other Semester 1 subjects
  • To see your tutorial timetable click on View Timetable
  • To print your tutorial timetable, click on Print Page

Frequently asked questions


I want to change my tutorial. How do I do this?
If you have made an error or wish to change your tutorial booking, you must first remove your name from the unwanted class. To do this, click on Unselect Class and follow the steps.

The tutorial for my subject is not there. What do I do?
Check that your subject is using the OASIS system as not every subject is utilizing this software. Your subject coordinator will be able to tell you if they are using OASIS.

The OASIS system doesn't recognise me. What do I do? 

You must check your enrolment status through Student Online: latrobe.edu.au/students/enrolment/studentonline

If there is a problem with your subjects, please contact the Faculty of Business, Economics and Law Student Services Office at your campus or fbel@latrobe.edu.au or 9479 1667.

I've forgotten my password. How do I find it? 

Your username and password is printed at the top of the first Statement of Account. If you need to reset your password for any reason, please contact Student IT Support (details below).

All the tutorials are full. I have timetable clashes with the only tutorials available. What can I do?

If you are having trouble getting into a tutorial, please see your lecturer. Student Services staff are unable to help with this particular problem. 

My timetable has disappeared and I am no longer enroled in any tutorials. What has happened?

If you have accessed OASIS prior to the official opening date and time, it’s possible that the date has been lost. Please be sure that the system is officially open before enrolling.

OASIS for BUS1BUF will open on Thursday 20 December 2012 at 6pm
