An ALLY is committed to creating an inclusive and respectful culture at La Trobe University for GLBTIQ community members. At La Trobe Allies can be recognised by the La Trobe ALLY logo and are listed in the ALLY contact list. GLBTIQ staff and students can approach ALLY Network Members for confidential advice and support.

Allies are not all experts in the areas of sexuality and gender identity, however as allies they can assist you in finding the information that you need, or refer you to someone who can assist.

An ALLY is NOT a counsellor. If a counselling service or emergency assistance is what you require then please contact one of the services listed in related links.
