Worklife balance

The Equality and Diversity Centre has prepared three work life balance toolkits which provide advice and assistance to managers and staff when working through a process of changing work arrangements. 

They offer guidance and advice on managing maternity leave, flexibile working arrangements to accommodate work and family responsibilities as well as a toolkit which discusses approaches to reducing work hours by job sharing, splitting positions and/or providing job support.
