Withdrawing from your course
Before withdrawing
Discuss your plans with:
- your Faculty Adviser of Studies
- counselling or careers services staff
If you withdraw when you are over two-thirds of the way through a subject, you will fail that subject (with a KN grade).
To withdraw
Submit a Discontinuation of enrolment form (PDF 1.8MB) with your student ID card to your Student Administration Office or faculty.
Withdrawing from a subject
If you withdraw from a subject after the census date, you may be eligible to apply for a refund or remission of debt in exceptional circumstances only.
