Attach a brief statement outlining your reasons for requesting a course transfer.
If you wish to transfer into a Law program, also supply the following (unless you're transferring between Law programs):
A detailed statement including information on your personal accomplishments, community involvement and career goals
An up-to-date resume
A copy of your Year 12 results, including ATAR/ENTER score and individual study scores
Apply by the given deadline. We'll review all applications after the semester results are released. We'll notify you of the outcome by email. The approved transfer may take 1-2 weeks to process. If your transfer is approved, you'll receive an email with instructions on how to choose subjects for your new course through StudentOnLine. Please check your student e-mail.
Academic criteria for consideration
Students are usually required to demonstrate a minimum 60% average in their current course, but this may vary depending on the course you are transferring into. Please seek advice before submitting your application.
Students with an ATAR score >80 should complete at least one semester of full-time study with a 70% average with no law fails
Students with an ATAR score >70 should complete at least one year of full-time study with a 70% average with no law fails
Students with an ATAR score < 70 should complete at least 1.5 – 2 years of full-time study with a 70% average with no law fails
