Your rights and responsibilities
You have the right to make a complaint in accordance with La Trobe Universities’ Student Complaints Management Policy (PDF 42KB). More details can be found at Student Complaints Management Procedure (PDF 62KB) and Student Complaints Management Guidelines (PDF 58KB).
You can decide to withdraw your complaint at any stage during the complaints handling process. This can be done in writing to the relevant person, or through the Student Complaints Office.
It is important that you assist staff who have the responsibility of managing your complaint to ensure that your complaint is resolved in a timely manner.
The University is committed to privacy protection and complies fully with the Victorian Privacy Act 2000. Handling of all personal information is carried out in accordance with this legislation.
