Student support
It is recognised that students in a student complaint resolution process may require support. A range of student services are provided by:
- La Trobe University Counselling Service
- Student Union / Student associations
- Departments, Schools or Faculties
- Indigenous Student Services
- Equality and Diversity Centre
- International students
The student organisations also employ a number of Student Advocates to provide assistance, information and advocacy across a range of academic, administrative and personal issues including reassessment, special consideration, show cause, complaints, appeals and more.
