Why can't I find my subjects online?
You need to have a current and valid enrolment in a subject which is being hosted on the LMS. Check your Statement of Account to ensure that you are correctly enrolled in the subject and also check with your lecturer to find out if it is intended that you use the LMS.
If you have only recently enrolled in a subject (less than 48 hours) your enrolment may not yet be confirmed in Moodle. Be patient.
How do I add or remove a subject from Moodle?
You cannot add or remove a subject from Moodle. The inclusion of subjects on your My LMS Subjects page is dependent on your enrolment at the University.
I have discontinued or dropped one of my subjects. Why is it still on my LMS list?
The removal of subjects is subject to a three day 'grace period' before you lose access to the subject in the LMS. This is done so that you don't accidentally lose access if there is a hiccup with the processing of subject requirement waivers or fees. If you still have access to a subject you have discontinued from, you can contact the Student Centre or your faculty office to verify your enrolment.
I still have access to subjects from previous semesters
Lecturers can choose how long they keep LMS subjects accessible to students. LMS subjects usually become available at the start of O-Week and close when a final grade is awarded for the subject.
However, if the lecturer has decided to keep the site open longer, consider it a bonus. It will give you more time to go back and look at the materials.
How do I get back to the homepage?
Use the breadcrumbs along the top of the LMS screen or use the ‘Back’ and ‘Forward buttons in your browser or use the Navigation block (top left block in all pages).
Where have all of the weeks / topics gone?
You have probably clicked on the 
icon in the top right corner of the remaining visible week / topic. To reveal all of the other weeks / topics you need to click on the 
icon which you will see in the same top-right location of the visible week / topic. You can also use the dropdown box underneath the displayed week / topic to jump to a hidden section.
If the format of the subject is Collapsible topics, you will always see at least the Topic label of every topic, even if they are all ‘collapsed’.
