Your lecturer may also include an overview of the LMS during a lecture in the first week of semester.
Where can I get help with the LMS?
For Academic Assistance (for example if you have a question about your subject or an assignment) you should contact your lecturer or tutor. Contact details for staff members are available from the individual faculty web pages.
If you require assistance in accessing or using the LMS, in the first instance check the LMS Student Help site (this website) for information on getting started, accessing the LMS, submitting assignments, joining discussion forums and more.
For all other assistance, or if you’re having difficulty with something in LMS, for instance if you're trying to upload an assignment, you can contact the La Trobe University Study Hall.
