Equality and diversity advice and support

The Equality Officer promotes full and equal participation of members of the University and fosters an environment free of discrimination and harassment. An Equal Opportunity Committee has been established on campus to develop, implement and monitor programs and strategies on access, equality and equal opportunity issues.

Staff should feel free to contact the Equality Officer if they feel they are being subjected to any unfair or unreasonable behaviour. All matters discussed will be treated in the strictest confidence.
