Have you downloaded the Unisport App yet? This is an easy way to check what classes are on, make sure you always have the most up to date version of our timetable and in the off chance a class is changed or cancelled a notification will be sent to your phone so you don't come in for nothing.

Morning classes run from 7.30am-8.30am, lunchtime classes 12.10pm-12.50pm & 1.05pm - 1.50pm and evening classes are 1 hour in length.
Pool lounge classes are restricted to the first 18 entrants - so be sure to get in early!
- Bring a sweat towel and water bottle
- Wear Runners (excluding Yoga and Pilates) & appropriate training gear to all classes
- Hand your Group Exercise entry card to the instructor when entering the room
- Inform the instructor of any injuries, illnesses or pregnancy that may affect your participation in the class so the instructor can offer alternatives that are safe for you.
- BOXFIT - inner gloves are require. These are available to purchase at the Sports Centre.
A sports-inspired cardio workout! A high-energy interval training class combining athletic aerobic movements with strength and stabilisation exercises.
Uses barbells and weights to tone and condition muscles while raising metabolic rate for rapid fat-burning. Will sculpt, tone and strengthen your entire body.
Enjoy total body conditioning during this workout which combines high intensity cardiovascular & weight resistance exercises.
Using a variety of boxing equipment/drills this class is designed to increase strength & fitness levels whilst improving general boxing skills. Please note: Inner gloves must be worn at all times, these will be available for purchase at reception in the near future or can be bought at most sports stores.
A weights based circuit class designed to condition and develop strength, flexibility and tone. This dynamic class is suitable for all fitness levels and is guaranteed to bring out your inner athlete!
Half Hour HIIT
This short duration, high intensity interval training (HIIT) class involves 30-45 minutes of a combination of cardio, plyometric and strength training. The perfect class to push you to your limits and help you to reach your optimum fitness level! Be prepared to work hard for 30-40 minutes then cool down and stretch for 5 minutes.
A fusion of strength, interval and abdominal training guaranteed to get the heart rate up, achieve tone and shape, and challenge the core. A unique and dynamic class, suitable for all fitness levels.
Improve flexibility, posture and core strength. Class is based on Joseph Pilates' well-renowned principles of stretching and stability.
