La Trobe student selected for Rio Olympics

Speech Pathology student Hannah Cross is the first La Trobe student to be selected for the 2016 Rio Olympic Games.

Hannah is part of the Australian synchronised swimming team, which won its place at Rio by defeating New Zealand at the recent world championships. She has worked tirelessly to juggle her La Trobe studies and sporting commitments, and all her hard work is paying off!

Hannah is also a 2015 winner of the Michael Malthouse Elite Sports Bursary.
