Qualifications:BA (Hons) Victoria University of Wellington

Darrell is an Associate Lecturer in Sociology, joining the Sociology and Anthropology Program in 2008. Between 2005 and 2007 he was a Researcher on ARC funded projects. He is currently completing a PhD on the maintenance of civic society in colonial settings. He teaches and researches in the areas of:

  • The development of Australasian polities
  • Social coherence
  • Bi-culturalism and Multiculturalism
