Brief profile

Dr Ryan Naylor is Core First Year Coordinator for health sciences. His current research focuses primarily on student equity and the student experience. He has published widely on issues of access to higher education, equity interventions and their evaluation, and the experiences and expectations of students. 

Previously, Ryan was Lecturer in Higher Education at the Melbourne Centre for the Study of Higher Education at the University of Melbourne, and Visiting Fellow at the National Centre for Student Equity in Higher Education at Curtin University.
