Industry-based learning and cadetships
Our courses include practical experience so you can apply the knowledge and skills learned in the classroom to the real world. As part of your course you can undertake an Industry Cadetship to do paid vacation work or spend a year in industry.
We also offer Industry Based Learning and Industry Supported Scholarship programs to give you practical work experience and the opportunity to meet the standards required for professional accreditation or recognition.
You will gain greater confidence in communicating with employers, applying for positions and working in your field.
Industry cadetship program
Available to students in all our courses, these cadetships offer paid work experience during your study breaks, starting in your second year of study.

The cadetship program serves the growing needs of industry and meets the ICT demand in regional communities.
