Who to talk to if you have a problem
The University has a wide range of Support Services designed to assist you.
Enrolment in individual units
You should speak to your Adviser for that particular Unit. Lists of Advisers are on display in the Faculty Office, Level 2, Physical Sciences 1 Building.
Course enrolment
You should speak to your Course Adviser, and you will find the names of Course Advisers on display in the Faculty Office. You may also speak to Faculty Office staff.
Career advice
You can speak to Careers Counsellors, in the Courses and Careers Office, located in Peribolos East, ground level. You can also speak to the Faculty marketing staff. Appointments can be made through the Faculty Office.
Assistance with language and academic skills
The staff in the Faculty Language and Academic Skills Unit are available to assist you. Appointments need to be booked on the board outside their office, Room 213, Physical Sciences 1 Building.
Counselling service
The Counselling Service is available to assist you with other problems, and can provide individual or small group counseling sessions to assist you with your concerns. The Counselling Service is located on level 2, Peribolos East.
Chaplains
Chaplains are located on all campuses, with a full time presence on the Melbourne (Bundoora), Albury-Wodonga and Bendigo campuses. Visit the Chaplaincy website for locations and contact details.
