Human Ethics
All research projects and teaching practical classes involving human participants require approval by an ethics committee. Approval may be sought from either the University Human Ethics Committee (UHEC) or the Faculty Human Ethics Committee (FHEC), depending on the type of project.

For inquiries to the UHEC, please contact the Research & Graduate Studies Office - Research Ethics and Integrity Unit.
Applications to the Faculty Human Ethics Committee
Application forms and guidelines are only available from the Research & Graduate Studies Office website, under "Application Procedures and Reporting. "
Applications must be submitted to the Faculty (please supply three copies - original and two copies), to:
