Overview
This laboratory workshop is designed to support the extended experimental investigation, the summary report or oral/visual presentation explaining applications of Nanotechnology assessment tasks. The program will provide students with handson approach to understanding the basic concepts of nanoscience and current research in nanotechnology. In pairs, they will complete three “cool nanoscience” experiments and investigate the properties of nanomaterials such as gold nanoparticles, ferrofluid nanoparticles, magic sand and switching and self cleaning glass, and their recent applications.
