In2nanotech Outreach Program
In2science initiated the In2nanotech outreach program to offer a Mentoring-type activity to schools in more regional areas.
With funding from Nanotechnology Victoria (2006-2010) this program aims to visit a different regional area each year to run nanotechnology workshops for Y9 and Y10 students studying science.
The visits involve a 2hr activity session of workshops and presentations, introducing students to the concept of nanotechnology and its growing aray of applications. Visits take place at the end of November each year to a different regional area.
