Brief profile
My research uses the simple model Dictyostelium discoideum to study neurodegenerative and mitochondrial diseases, and also to study the actin cytoskeleton and its involvement in the photosensory pathway and in mitochondrial dysfunction.
Teaching units
I teach 3rd year practical classes, lecture to 4th year (honours ) students, and organise the seminar program.
