What's uni life like?
At university you’ll have a lot more independence than you have in high school. Yes, university will challenge you but uni life is much more than going to classes, preparing assignments and studying for exams.
Get involved
At university there are heaps of social opportunities. Joining clubs or societies is a great way to get involved in a whole range of activities and meet like-minded people. If there isn’t already a club or society dedicated to your passion or hobby, you can even start your own.
Uni is not just about study it’s also about diving in and grabbing opportunities. You’ll love it!
Become independent
University provides opportunities to gain a level of independence about your education and to take control of your life. In undergraduate degrees you are free to enrol in a broad range of subjects to see which ones you have a passion for; it’s even possible to change courses if you feel your interests lie elsewhere.
When you move on to university it can be a great time to move out of home and live on campus or in share accommodation. Living out of home exposes you to a whole range of new exciting experiences that can help develop you both personally and socially.
