It provides an automatic bonus of five aggregate points to applicants within the middle band.
Students from eligible schools who apply to any undergraduate course at a regional La Trobe campus through VTAC or UAC are considered automatically – there are no extra application forms to complete.
RRSAS bonusing is applied according to the Federal Government's RRMA classification. Students living in RRMA Zone 3 or above who apply to any undergraduate course at a regional La Trobe campus receive bonus points automatically when applying through VTAC or UAC.
For La Trobe's Bachelor of Health Sciences in Dentistry/Master of Dentistry, students living in RRMA zones 3 & 4 receive 7.5 bonus aggregate points, students in RRMA zones 5 & 6 receive 10 bonus points, and students living in RRMA zone 7 receive 15 bonus points.
You can receive bonuses under SEAS (Rural and Isolated) criteria and the RRSAS if you meet eligibility requirements for both.
