Dean's Scholarship for Academic Excellence
Ten scholarships are available each year for eligible students commencing in undergraduate courses offered by the Faculty of Science, Technology and Engineering.
These one-year scholarships are valued at $6,000.

Eligibility, terms and conditions
Applicants must meet the following criteria:
- Be an Australian citizen; or a New Zealand citizen; or a permanent resident; or the holder of a permanent humanitarian visa,
- Have completed Year 12 or the International Baccalaureate in the year preceding commencement in the course,
- Not have undertaken any previous study at tertiary level, excluding TAFE and extension studies undertaken as part of a Year 12 program, and
- Preferably be enrolled in one of the courses nominated by the Dean

Selection will be based on academic merit and will take into account.

It is expected that selection will normally be made from applicants whose ATAR is at least 90.00.
The Faculty reserves the right not to award any or all of the scholarships available.
